What to check
Record the registered LEED version, applicable credit instructions, exact product code/colourway, document issuer, issue date and any project-specific form. Ask the project team—not a marketing headline—to confirm the required evidence.

A fit-out team registered under LEED v5 can send its credit requirements with the carpet tile shortlist. The supplier can then return the files available for each named code and backing; the LEED consultant checks those files against the project's credit path.
