Do not decide by yarn name alone. A dense low-pile construction and suitable backing may be more relevant to chair wheels than a marketing claim about a fibre. View several full tiles in the room, including the proposed direction and adjacent floor finishes.
Compare quotations on the same scope: product code, colour, tile format, backing, quantity, delivery, installation materials and spare stock. A quoted price per square metre without the same scope will not tell you which finished floor is better value.

Can I infer fire rating from the fibre?
