Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity on stock products — you can order a single box if that is what the project needs. Custom production is different: bespoke pattern, colour or size runs start at 300 m².

What is the normal lead time, and how fast can it be expedited?

Three weeks ex-works for stock products, and two weeks when expedited. Both figures exclude international shipping, which depends on destination and freight mode — ask us for a door-to-door estimate against your delivery date.

Can you customise the pattern, colour and tile size?

Yes to all three. Standard formats are 50×50, 50×100, 25×100, 33×100 and 60×60 cm, and we can produce outside those for special requirements. Custom runs start at 300 m² and take two to three weeks in production, excluding shipping.

Do you charge for samples, and how quickly do they arrive?

Samples are free. They take about five days to prepare; transit time then depends on the destination country. Send us the series and colourways you want to see and we will confirm the courier schedule.

Which payment methods and trade terms do you support?

We work on T/T payment, and quote on FOB or CIF terms depending on what suits your freight arrangements.

What does the warranty cover, and for how long?

Nylon carpet tile carries a 15-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It covers excessive surface wear, edge ravelling, backing delamination, shrinkage, stretching, cupping, buckling and static problems arising from a manufacturing fault. Note that this is a defect warranty and is a separate matter from expected appearance life — how long a tile keeps looking new depends on traffic, yarn and maintenance rather than on the warranty term.
