The Renaissance of Oriental Floor Aesthetics

Design concept

Slowdown turns meditation, flowing information and sudden creative sparks into curved lines and shifting colour. The designs can mark a focused zone or bring gentle movement to a larger floor.

50 × 100 cm modular format

The original collection presents these designs as 50 × 100 cm carpet planks with a soft backing. This longer format gives each motif more room and changes how joints read across the floor. Compare the chosen code and backing sample before finalising the layout.

Tapestry surface design

Tapestry-style tufting uses yarn placement and colour to build layered surface patterns. View a full-size sample to judge pile texture, pattern scale and direction under the project lighting. Acoustic, fire and durability requirements belong in the specification for the exact construction.

Space-dyed yarn

Space-dyed yarn changes colour along a single strand. In a tufted surface, that variation adds depth and a less repetitive colour effect. Review actual samples together to agree the colour range and visual direction.

Middle-layer formulation

The original collection materials describe DINCH in the middle-layer formulation. For the selected carpet tile, check the current construction sheet and any material declaration that applies to that exact code.

Cushion backing

The original design describes a PET-felt cushion backing. A soft backing changes how the sample feels underfoot; confirm the backing construction and recycled-content documentation for the selected code.

Idea Box

The design inspiration comes from boxes with a variety of colors and sizes. When they are stacked, the ups and downs add a sense of layers, making the relation of light and shade more prominent. All the vibrant idea boxes are in front of you, and each box may represent a different theme, an emotion and infinite possibilities.

Flow

The design inspiration comes within meditation, transforming mind into a concrete form and presenting it in an abstract pattern. From thin lines to thick lines, the contrast between intense and gentle adds radiance and beauty to each other. Like people in the state of mind flow, feeling relax and concentrate at the same time.

Wave

The design inspiration comes from the fragmentation information frenzy in the Internet era when the subtle and dense brain waves are closely interacting with each other. The idea is to provide a space with more breathing space, creating the slow life state you have been looking forward to for a long time. You can ease yourself physically and mentally, feeling close to the relaxing ambience between steps.

Spark

The design inspiration comes from the spark of creativity during meditation. In the process of reorganization, it is arranged in a random way to form irregular curve blocks. The spark represents the power and inspiration deep in the heart, kindling the aspiring fire of life and aesthetics.
